Getting Started

They’ll help you get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns.

What Can Be Returned?

Defective Items Under Warranty: We accept returns of defective products, both stock and custom, within the warranty period. Refer to our warranty policy for details on specific coverage.

We’ll assess the returned item and, if confirmed defective, repair, replace, or offer a refund for the original purchase price.

Stock Items:

Orders canceled before shipment will be fully refunded.
You can return unopened stock items within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, replacement, or store credit.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders cancelled after shipment will incur a 10% restocking fee, plus the original shipping cost.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned stock items.

Important Note: Custom-made products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

How to Return Your Items

Obtain an RMA number by contacting customer service and completing the RMA form.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all instructions, manuals, and accessories. Don’t forget to include the RMA number!

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned items.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 15 days of delivery to initiate an RMA/damage claim. The return process for damaged items is similar to defective items.
